Homa Estates exists to make renting fair, flexible, and transparent for tenants and landlords alike. We believe everyone deserves a great home without the financial burden of traditional deposits.

What We Do

Homa Estates is a rental marketplace that connects verified tenants with quality, furnished apartments across Bangkok. We offer flexible stays from 1 to 12 months with no security deposits required. Instead, our damage protection programme covers up to฿30,000 per stay, giving landlords peace of mind while keeping move-in costs low for tenants.

Every listing on our platform is verified, every tenant is screened, and every payment is handled securely through Stripe. We take the friction out of renting so you can focus on living.
